Crafted from ewe’s milk using a traditional washed-curd method, it has a smooth, fudge-like texture and a beautifully balanced flavour with gentle sweetness and fruity notes. Milder and less acidic than many traditional soft cheeses, Wigmore offers an elegant, melt-in-the-mouth experience beneath its delicate white rind. A wonderful addition to any cheeseboard, it pairs beautifully with fresh pears, crisp apples, artisan crackers and a drizzle of honey.
