Delivery Days
We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday to ensure your cheese arrives fresh and avoids unnecessary time in transit over the weekend.

Processing Time
Please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. During busy periods, this may be slightly longer.

Shipping Method
All orders are sent using a tracked next-day delivery service where possible. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging
Our cheeses are carefully wrapped and packed with insulation to maintain freshness during transit.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across mainland UK. If you are located outside this area, please contact us before placing your order.

Important Information
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. As our products are perishable, we cannot accept responsibility for orders left unattended.
