Rich Fruit Cake

A traditional rich fruit cake packed with sultanas, raisins, currants and mixed peel, with cherries, almonds, a splash of brandy and warming mixed spices.

Ingredients: Mixed fruit with peel (sultanas, raisins, currants, mixed peel (orange and lemon), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid (E330), sulphur dioxide), wheat flour (with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin and thiamin), sugar, vegetable fat spread (vegetable oils, water, salt), free-range eggs, cherries (glucose-fructose syrup, potassium sorbate (E202), citric acid (E330), erythrosine (E127), sulphur dioxide (E220)), ground almonds, flaked almonds, apple juice from concentrate, brandy, cane molasses, lemon oil, orange oil, mixed spices (cinnamon, coriander, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, cloves), finely ground nutmeg.

Allergens: Contains Wheat (Gluten), Sulphur Dioxide, Eggs and Almonds. 

Westcountry Cider Cake

A moist, generously fruited cake flavoured with Westcountry cider. Made with raisins, Devon cider and apple juice, with a touch of mixed spice for a traditional taste of the West Country. Made using Devon cider from Sam’s Cider.

Ingredients: Raisins (48%), wheat flour, sugar, Devon cider (11%), vegetable fat spread (vegetable oils, water, salt), apple juice, free-range eggs, mixed spices.
