Seeded Sourdough Flatbreads

Made by Peter’s Yard, these crisp sourdough flatbreads are generously sprinkled with pumpkin, sunflower, poppy and nigella seeds. Light and crunchy with a nutty flavour, they are ideal for dipping, topping or sharing alongside a selection of cheeses and nibbles.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium, iron, thiamin, niacin), wholemeal wheat flour, sourdough 19% (rye flour, water), cold pressed rapeseed oil, seeds 9% (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, nigella seeds), muscovado sugar, sea salt. Topping: sea salt.
