Popti Cornish Bakehouse Crackers & Thins

Handmade in small batches in Cornwall, Popti’s savoury thins and crackers are crafted with buttery, crisp textures and carefully chosen ingredients. With a variety of flavours to complement everything from creamy soft cheeses to mature cheddars and rich pâtés, they’re a lovely addition to any cheeseboard. Popti products are made without artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives.

Cornish Seaweed Thins – 120g

Crisp, buttery savoury thins with a distinctive Cornish seaweed flavour, bringing a delicious savoury depth to your cheeseboard. Excellent with cheese, pâté, fish pâtés and dips.

Ingredients: Plain flour (wheat, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin, Calcium Carbonate) (75%), butter (milk), seaweed (0.3%), fish stock (water, fish, onion, celeriac (celery), leek, carrot extract, spice, herb, salt, maltodextrin, yeast extract, rapeseed oil), white pepper, salt.

Allergens: Wheat (gluten), milk, fish and celery. May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, fish, mollusc, Crustacea and mustard.

Cornish Sea Salt Thins – 120g

Crisp and buttery thins seasoned with Cornish sea salt for a simple, savoury crunch. A versatile choice for pairing with a wide range of cheeses, pâtés and charcuterie, or enjoying on their own.

Ingredients: Plain flour (wheat, iron, thiamin, folic acid, niacin, calcium carbonate), butter (milk) (23%), sea salt (0.3%), white pepper, salt.

Allergens: Wheat (gluten) and milk. May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, and celery.

Parmesan Thins – 120g

Deliciously crisp, buttery thins topped with savoury Italian cheeses for a rich, cheesy flavour. Perfect alongside mature cheeses, pâtés and charcuterie, or served with dips.

Ingredients: Plain flour (wheat, iron, thiamin, niacin, calcium carbonate), butter (milk), Cheddar Cheese (milk), Parmigiano Reggiano (2.6%) (milk), mustard powder, white pepper, salt.

Allergens: Wheat (gluten), milk and mustard. May contain tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, and celery

Cracked Black Pepper Crackers – 120g

Crisp, buttery crackers with a fragrant cracked black pepper flavour and a gentle warming finish. A lovely match for creamy soft cheeses, mature cheddars and pâtés.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (wheat, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, folic acid, thiamin), butter (milk), black pepper (1.2%), salt.

Allergens: Wheat (gluten) and milk. May contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, mustard, celery and dairy.

Oat & Buttermilk Crackers – 120g

Slightly sweet, crisp wholemeal crackers enriched with oats and Cornish buttermilk. Their gentle sweetness makes them a particularly lovely pairing for blue cheeses and other savoury, full-flavoured cheeses.

Ingredients: Wholemeal wheat flour (wheat, ascorbic acid) (37.8%), oatmeal (25.1%), Cornish cheese whey (milk), buttermilk (milk) (2%), butter (milk), sugar, salt.

Allergens: Wheat (gluten) and milk. May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, celery and fish.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
