Oregano & Olive Oil Sourdough Crackers

Made by Peter’s Yard, these crisp sourdough crackers are flavoured with extra virgin olive oil, oregano and thyme, giving them a fragrant, savoury character with a gentle peppery finish. A lovely choice for pairing with fresh cheeses or serving as part of a Mediterranean-inspired board.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), wholemeal wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil 11%, sourdough 11% (rye flour, water), muscovado sugar, sea salt, dried oregano leaves 1%, dried thyme leaves, black pepper.
