Creamy White Wine Sauce
A smooth, creamy sauce with white wine, thyme and garlic. Delicious with chicken, pork, smoked fish or scallops, and also ideal for savoury pies and pasta dishes.
Ingredients: Water, white wine (18%) (contains sulphites), onions, double cream (9%) (milk), cornflour, sugar, rapeseed oil, vegetable stock (water, dried vegetables (potato, onion, leek, celery), salt, yeast extract, carrot concentrate, sugar, sunflower oil, lemon juice concentrate), salt, thyme, garlic, emulsifier: soya lecithin, concentrated lemon juice, black pepper.

Suitable for Coeliacs. 

Peppercorn Sauce – Inspired Dining (last remaining pack)
A rich, creamy sauce with a warming blend of pink, green and black peppercorns. Perfect with steak, roast beef or lamb.
Ingredients: Water, onions, double cream (milk), garlic purée, cornflour, sugar, rapeseed oil, vegetable stock (water, dried vegetables (potato, onion, leek, celery), salt, yeast extract, carrot concentrate, sugar, sunflower oil, lemon juice concentrate), concentrated lemon juice, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, white vinegar, salt), salt, pink peppercorns (0.5%), green peppercorns (0.5%), emulsifier: soya lecithin, black pepper (0.4%), Worcestershire sauce (water, white vinegar, sugar, onion, salt, tamarind paste, cloves, ginger, garlic, barley malt extract), black peppercorns (0.2%).

Both are suitable for vegetarians.
