Porcini Mushroom Risotto
A rich, earthy risotto with porcini mushrooms and aromatic herbs. Delicious served on its own or alongside meat, fish or roasted vegetables.
Ingredients: Carnaroli rice (96%), dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis) (3%), dried carrot, dried chive, dried parsley, dried garlic.

Lemon & Pea Risotto
A fresh, zesty risotto with lemon, peas and herbs. Lovely served with chicken, fish or a little grated Parmesan.
Ingredients: Carnaroli rice (95%), dehydrated lemon (3%), dried onions, dried peas (1%), dried herbs (parsley, chives).

Mediterranean Risotto
A savoury Mediterranean-inspired risotto with dried tomatoes, onions, courgettes, peppers, olives and herbs. Delicious as a simple main or served alongside grilled meat or fish.
Ingredients: Carnaroli rice (94%), dehydrated vegetables (5%) (tomatoes, onions, courgettes, peppers, black olives), dried herbs (basil, chives).
