Rosemary & Sea Salt Sourdough Crackers

 Made by Peter’s Yard, these crisp sourdough crackers are seasoned with fragrant rosemary, thyme and Cornish sea salt, with a little black pepper for balance. Herby and savoury, they make a lovely accompaniment to soft and fresh cheeses.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), rye flour, sourdough 21% (rye flour, water), rapeseed oil, sea salt (Cornish) 1%, muscovado sugar, dried rosemary leaves 0.5%, dried thyme leaves, black pepper.
