A traditional Spanish quince paste made using carefully selected quinces for an intense fruity flavour and beautiful colour. Firm and easy to slice, Membrillo is a classic cheeseboard accompaniment, particularly delicious with Manchego, Pecorino and Berkswell sheep’s milk cheeses. Its natural sweetness provides a lovely contrast to savoury, salty cheeses.
Ingredients: Quince (53%), cane sugar, pectin, lemon.
Produced in a facility that handles Walnuts.
