Highfield Chutney

Made by Highfield Preserves, this range of handmade chutneys, relishes and savoury preserves offers a variety of flavours to complement cheese, cold meats and more. From rich and savoury to sweet, fruity and gently spiced, there’s something to suit every cheeseboard.

Tomato Chutney: Tomatoes (48%), sugar, onions (15%), distilled malt vinegar (from barley), ginger, chilli, garlic, yellow mustard seeds, salt.

Red Onion Marmalade: Red onions (52%), demerara sugar, balsamic vinegar (15%), soft brown sugar, water, redcurrants, sugar, fruit pectin, salt.

Sticky Onion Marmalade with Jalapeño: Onions (52%), balsamic vinegar, demerara sugar, soft dark brown sugar, jalapeño chillies (2%), sugar, fruit pectin, salt.

Chilli Jam: Sugar, red peppers, tomatoes, white wine vinegar, onions, chilli (3%), garlic, concentrated lemon juice, salt.

Real Ale Chutney: White-wine vinegar, onions, dates (13%), carrots, raisins (8%), swede, apples (6%), sugar, soft brown sugar, ale (malted barley, malt wheat, hops) (3%), gherkins, salt, yellow mustard seeds, garlic purée, chilli powder, spices.

Sweet Red Pepper Relish: Red peppers (36%), onions, sugar, tomatoes, white wine vinegar, corn starch, salt, basil and spices.

Bramley Apple & Cider Chutney: Bramley apples (46%), sugar, white wine vinegar, sultanas (7%), onions, cider (2%), fruit pectin, spices, salt.
