Exmoor Distillery

Exmoor Gin – 44% ABV
A full-bodied, juniper-led gin with bright citrus and a carefully balanced blend of botanicals, including coriander, cinnamon and kaffir lime leaves. Smooth with a lingering, warming finish, it’s lovely served with tonic and a twist of citrus.

Barle Valley Botanical Vodka – 40% ABV
A smooth, clean vodka distilled and carbon-filtered before being blended with Exmoor aquifer water. Infused with a subtle botanical blend including pink peppercorn and vanilla, it can be enjoyed over ice or used in cocktails.

Exmoor Silver Rum – 42% ABV
A traditional white rum made from fermented molasses and distilled in-house using both pot and column distillation. Smooth and versatile, with rich molasses character, it’s well suited to sipping over ice or mixing into classic rum cocktails.
