EASTER DAY CHEESEBOARD - Why not finish off your Easter Lunch with this fabulous selection of 4 different cheeses together with a Fine Cheese Company Chive flavoured cracker?  Our specially selected cheeses comprises 200g of each of the following:

Fourme d'Ambert, one of France's oldest cheeses, dating back to Roman Occupation!  A traditional farmhouse blue cheese, more supple and dense than most blues.  Although the cheese matures in 40 days it is cave-aged for 2 to 3 months for optimum quality.  During the ageing time it is injected with Vouvray moelleux, a sweet white wine.  A slightly tangy, savoury flavour with distinct notes of butter and cream.

The Truffler, Handcrafted, earthy and robust, this Cornish Brie has a truly unique character that will surprise and excite you with its wild truffle tones. A devilishly flavoursome mould ripened cheese that has no equal!

Godminster Organic Cheddar, a deliciously creamy, vintage organic cheddar, winner of many awards. Matured for up to 12 months to give a rich deep flavour without the acidity that is associated with some vintage cheddars.

Epoisses, an unashamedly strong, pungent smear-ripened cheese from Burgundy! With its distinctive soft red-orange colour, matured for 6 weeks this cheese has a spicy, sweet and salty flavour.
