Pebblebed Dry White Wine A blend of Seyval Blanc and Madeleine Angevine grapes which demonstrates a fresh, crisp wine but with good fruit notes and a hint of Muscat flavours on the finish. Great as an aperitif or with fish and seafood. Pebblebed White has been described as an English version of Marlborough Sauvignon.
History of Pebblebed First established in 1999 as a community project, Pebblebed has steadily grown, planting new parcels of land across the Ebford and Clyst St George slopes outside of Exeter. Now they have over 20 acres of established vineyards on sunny south facing slopes. The vineyards are carefully managed, working as much as possible with the natural environment to produce the best quality grapes. Pebblebed Vineyards welcome people of all ages to visit the vineyard on one of their regular tours or you can join in with their community events such as harvest time.
At the Cheese Larder in South Molton we are pleased to be able to offer their range of award-winning wines from our beloved Devon!
