Barkham Blue, a rich blue cheese with a smooth buttery texture and a melt-in-the-mouth flavour. Made from Guernsey and Jersey cow's milk. Barkham Blue has a very distinctive appearance, made in a 1kg ammonite shaped round it is covered in an attractive natural mould ripened rustic rind. The deep yellow moist interior is spread with dark blue/green veins and the smooth creamy flavour has none of the harshness associated with some blue cheeses.

Made in the traditional way, husband and wife team, Sandy and Andy Rose have been producing cheese since 2003.
