The Story The 'Membrillo' started life as a way of making use of fallen orchard fruits. Grandma would cook and preserve them creating a fruit cheese or 'Membrillo'. Global Harvest has taken that original process and use a wide variety of other world fruits. The English handmade 'Membrilo' fruit for cheese was born!
