CHEESE OF THE MONTH JULY 2015 Quickes Elderflower Cheddar - specially selected from their buttery range, this elderflower cheddar has been matured for 3 months to develop the buttery richness of the cheese. This combined with the subtle aromatic notes of the elderflowers creates something truly unique. The creamy coloured cheese has flecks of elderflower running through it giving it a long lingering and unique flavour that definately works! A perfect cheese for the summer.
Winner of a Silver award at the British Cheese Awards 2014. Why not try pairing it with a glass of Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay, or even a refreshing cup of Earl Grey tea!
