CHEESE OF THE MONTH MAY 2015
Hereford Hop - Although this sounds rather like a dance than a cheese, this cheese is actually a mature cheddar cheese coated in toasted hops - mild and buttery on the inside with a slightly bitter and crunchy outer. Matured for 3 - 4 months this cheese is suitable for vegetarians.
Perfect served with a cold beer and a ploughman's, perhaps with a good old fashioned West Country chutney with Ale!
